I made this card using the December stamp of the month, HeartThrob. Very fun and fresh-perfect for those card/layouts that you want to profess your love! :o)

November Stamp Of The Month

Here is a sneak peak of the Nov. SOTM-A snow man with all sorts of different scarves and hats...so super cute!

Another card using images from the Sept. SOTM and I also added an image from the Oct SOTM. The Oct SOTM is a lot of fun to play with. It's great for placing journaling in or just cute saying or phrases. The paper I used for this card is from the Perfect Day paper pack. Everything is CTMH including the little corner frame embellies. They are so super cute and fun to play with . TFL. I'm going to post a couple more things later this afternoon, including a card using the Nov SOTM-a snowman......and I plan to post a smaple of all the paper packs featured in the new Fall Winter Idea book. :O)

New Accessories......

Getting bored of the same old brads and eyelets? Close To My Heart has come out with four new sets of accessories packs. The packs (sample show on the top middle) come with four different kinds of embellishments...so super cute and fun. 

They also introduced lots of packs of brads!!! 

Love sparkles? Close To My Heart also has a small pack of square and round white sparkles that have adhesive backs......so super ESSENTIAL!!!

 

Another Sneak Peek.....Stamp of the Month for September.....

Okay here is a sampling of the stamp of the month for September. So versatile and pretty. I also used paper from the new paper package: Evensong. This paper pack is so awesome-a must for Christmas cards and layouts. All the patterned paper sheets are double sided (like always)...LOVE it! TFL.

Simple Beauty

I decided to make another quick card. I really like how this one turned out. It's not my normal style-a bit sophisticated. The sketch of the card is from Taylored expressions challenge a couple weeks back-I altered it a bit.

Paper is CTMH Silhouette

Everything else including ribbon is CTMH.

Okay I'm still trying to figure out this Mac...don't get me wrong I love it...but it takes getting used to.

I did a lot of paper piecing, layering and pop dotting on this card. I love the colors-they are the kind of colors that make me feel cozy-which is what we need today-it's cold out! Here comes fall!

Happy Birthday

Okay so I got a brand new mac notebook for my birthday this weekend! Yippee! It takes some getting used to though....Like I'm not sure how to rotate my pictures once they are imported.....hmhmhmhmhm I'm going to work on that-bare with me...okay-got it! 

Here is a Happy Birthday card I made for a good friend of mine.  

Stamp Set: MFT

I colored in the stamped image using my water color pencils and watercolor brush. 

I also used my nifty nesties and pop dots to add layers and dimension. 

Paper is K&Company

Flowers are bazzill and buttons are CTMH. Ribbon is contra. :O) TFL

Here is a close up to show all the dimension I added by layering and pop dotting. Gotta love those nesties. :O)

Geesh It's really tough coming up with post names.....I only have this one magnolia stamp so I don't want to keep calling it the magnolia stamp card...lol

I stamped Tilda on water color paper I got at Michael's with Onyx Black Versafine ink. I colored her in with various brands of water color pencils with my waterbrush.

I also used Doodlebug Sugar coating on the flower and Tilda's wings. :O)

Octopus Wishes

I just love HH stamps-they are soooo super cute! Here is a card using the super cute and adorable octopus.

I colored her in with water colored pencils and my waterbrush.

Paper is Kaiser-I picked up a few sheets of this patterned paper months ago and finally decided to use it.

Flowers are prima and bling is CTMH.

BTW, I made this card using a sketch from last weeks Friday Sketchers. Of course I was behind on getting my card linked but I still wanted to post it. Love that site-it's such a great site....maybe I can get a link:

Mermaid Friend

Here is one of my HH stamps-anabelle. I really like her she's so sweeeet!

Patterned paper is K&Company-a stack I just bought....hmhmhmhm I kinda wish I hadn't though bc I just got a sneak peek at the brand new papers from CTMH and I gotta say-they are sweet!....

Image is colored in with my watercolor pencils and water brush.

Brads and flowers are CTMH.

I also added some glitter and white paint for more detail.

I also used my brand new oval nesites-gotta love them!
