New Magnolia

My new magnolia stamps arrived yesterday...yeah! These are my favorites-I never have trouble makin a card with Tilda-she's my gal! LOL
Here are the details for todays card:
Paper: CTMH Caprice
Colors: Crystal Blue/Sweet Leaf/Chocolate/Honey
Stamp: Magnolia-Tilda holding basket
Technique: Watercolor
 Flowers are Bazzil
Spiral Clip and Brads are CTMH

BTW, as a side note-I bought some watercolor paper from walmart, bc I thought all watercolor paper was the same; evidently not! I had trouble with this watercolor paper-it made blending very difficult. I'm not happy with how tilda's face turned out and was afraid to add cheek color....o she's looks slightly sickly....But I just worked so hard on her clothes and am so happy with the way that turned out that I decided to still post it. :O)
I'm off to Michael's to find my first brand of watercolor paper I bought-it worked great!
I hope I can still remember what the brand was!! lol
What brand do you use?

Thanks for looking. ;O)

It looks beautiful Nicole, but I know exactly what you mean about not all watercolor paper being equal!! I use Canson Montval Watecolor Paper. You can get it at Michael's and at Curry's where I get my Copics. It is much cheaper from Currys too.....I love it...I think it is about $7 or so for 15 or 20 9"x12" sheets. Hope that helps, but your coloring is really great!! Hugs, Kelly
